10 Days Return Replacement on All Clone Products
Replacement
We offer free replacement in case the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. Please report the issue to us with images and video proof of defect and mention your order ID. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Please ensure product is unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging and includes all items shipped in our package. Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The original item will be arranged to be sent back to us. Upon receipt, the original item shall be inspected for damage and defect, and replacement shall be issued post inspection by us. In a case where no defect is found, to and from courier charges shall be liable to be paid by customer for sending replacement.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will only issue refund in below cases and under below conditions –
1. In case we are unable to issue a replacement for your product
Once we receive back the product, we will inspect it for product quality control including all original packaging and product items including accessories. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or original method of payment or any other method by mutual understanding with customer.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Warranty
All our products are eligible for 7 days warranty for manufacturing defects.
We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. External damage, if any, (like due to falling of product or water/moisture damage) is not covered and will be repairable on chargeable basis only.
If you need help with claiming your product warranty, mail us the issue in the product along with your order ID, name and phone number to bootstrappershop@gmail.com and our team shall reach out to you.

Refund Policy
Returns & Refund will provide a replacement only if ;
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
Under no condition will a replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.
We do not offer returns or refunds.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
